Dr. M. C. Bansal is a seasoned finance professional with over three decades of distinguished service in India's public sector. Since beginning his career in 1991, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic financial acumen, and a deep commitment to public service excellence.

Dr. Bansal started his career with ���ճԹ� on 05.08.2011 as General Manager (Finance) at Corporate Office, New Delhi. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Director (Finance) at ���ճԹ� (India) Limited, Dr. Bansal plays a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy and governance of one of India’s premier Navratna enterprises.

He has around 34 years of rich professional experience of working with various organizations in different capacities and these include HSCC, HSCL, NSC (erstwhile SFCI) as FA & CAO and ITI Ltd. at RBL Plant. He has wide exposure in financial disciplines like Costing, Treasury, Capital Budgeting, Corporate Budgets, Corporate Accounts, Taxation, Contract management, Salary establishment, Tendering, Financial Appraisals, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internal Audit as Chief Internal Auditor and IPO Management. Dr. Bansal achieved prestigious certification as Certified Corporate Director from Institute of Directors. His dedication to professional growth and excellence in leadership is truly commendable.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Bansal held the prestigious position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in three major Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs): HSCC (India) Limited – A leading consultancy organization in healthcare infrastructure. Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) – A pioneer in construction and project management.State Farms Corporation of India Limited (SFCI) Under Ministry of agriculture, GOI – Now merged with the National Seed Corporation, where he played a key role in financial restructuring and integration.

Dr. Bansal is a 1st class Commerce Graduate with Masters in Commerce from the prestigious University of Rajasthan. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Dr. Bansal was awarded National Scholarship for 04 years during his academic years by virtue of his getting rank in Merit with distinction. His career is marked by a strong emphasis on ethical governance, innovation in financial systems, and mentoring future leaders in the public finance domain.

Shri Hrishikesh Kumar joined ���ճԹ� in December 2015 as General Manager (Finance) and subsequently climbed up the ladder of success to become Sr. Executive Director (Finance). Presently, he is heading the Central Compilation Division (Corporate Accounts) and Financial Concurrence Section at ���ճԹ� Head Office.

Shri Kumar is a B.Com. (Hons.) and a fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Shri Kumar has a diverse background working for reputable public and private sector organisations in PMC and construction, infrastructure and real estate, and mining. He has the rich experience of more than 28 years in the fields of corporate accounting, Treasury and Fund Management, Tendering, Financial Concurrence, IPO, Cost and Management Accounting, Inventory Management, Budget and Budgetary Control, Contract Management, etc. He has been instrumental in bringing various systematic improvements to the internal procedures of the company. Shri Hrishikesh Kumar has also been awarded the "Young Achiever Award" by the ICAI in 2015.

Shri Arun Kumar Sharma joined ���ճԹ� (India) Ltd. on 11th June, 2014 as General Manager (Engg.) & subsequently climbed up the ladders of success to become Executive Director (Engg.) in the year 2021. He graduated in Civil Engineering from “B.I.T., Sindri, Jharkhand” in the year 1993. Before joining ���ճԹ�, he worked with M/s L&T Ltd wherein he had been instrumental in successful completion of various multidisciplinary prestigious projects such IGI Airport (T3), Delhi, Taj Hotel, Dwarka, P&G Factory; Bhopal, Honda City Car Factory Bhiwadi, Safdarjung Super Speciality Hospital etc. having varied experience spanning over 28 years in the field of Civil engineering.

Shri Sharma has spearheaded critical projects in various capacities such as Redevelopment of East Kidwai Nagar, WHO Works, SIC Works, Kaushal Bhawan Works,ASI Works at different locations (Lal Quila, Purana Quila, Qutub Minar, Safdarjung Tomb & Jallianwala Bagh), DTC Works, Printing Press Works, Statute of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at India Gate and handling various projects (SSB, ITBP, Medical College & Hospital Works etc.) in Rajasthan State. Thereafter, he has been elevated to the post of Director of REDCC [A Joint venture of Government of Rajasthan and ���ճԹ�(India) Limited] & NSL (A wholly owned subsidiary of ���ճԹ�). Shri Sharma is heading RBG(Rajasthan).

Dr. (CA) Vijay Kumar Choudhary’s illustrious career at ���ճԹ� is a testament to his exceptional journey within the organization. He commenced his journey with ���ճԹ� in September, 2016 as a GM (Finance) & has since ascended the ranks to attain the esteemed position of Sr. ED (Finance). Currently, he is the functional reporting officer of 6 Divisions of ���ճԹ� covering 20 states, he is also heading the M&A and Marketing division as HOD. Initially in ���ճԹ� he headed the Compilation, Taxation, Salary, Trust & CPF division. He also served as the Finance Head of various prestigious projects of ���ճԹ� including ITPO (Bharat Mandapam) and Amrapali.

As the head of M&A department he played a key role in acquisition of two PSU’s namely HSCL & HSCC (India) Limited. He also played a key role in securing the works of erstwhile Amrapali group of companies & Supertech through Hon’ble Supreme Court of India & has been appointed as a member in the Apex Court Committee of Supertech.

His professional trajectory spans an impressive 27 years, encompassing a diverse array of sectors. He started his career in NHPC, Dulhasti, J&K District Doda very remote & militancy prone area & he was also the head of finance of biggest hydro project of India in Dibang, Arunachal Pradesh. He also headed the Internal Audit division of NHPC (North) & also worked as Technical Officer to Director (Finance) & CMD NHPC.

He played a pivotal role in successful completion of Bharat Mandapam where G-20 meeting was held in 2023. He also played a major role in implementation of GST in ���ճԹ� as well as various organisations in the construction industry as he is a part of member committee of MoHUA to Implement the GST across India in Construction & Infra Sector. He was also the treasurer in Indian Building Congress & moreover he is also actively involved in various public services as instructed by the management. He also played an important role in arranging funds of ₹ 1746 crores for Amrapali Projects.

Dr. Choudhary’s academic background is grounded in a B.Com. degree, MBA, he is also a distinguished fellow member of ICAI, Member of Institute of Directors & also has a Doctorate degree (PhD) in “An assessment of strategic disinvestment strategies of CPSE in India-Case analysis of selected PSEs”. He has also successfully completed the certificate courses on “Compliance of Capital Market Intermediaries”, “Forex & Treasury Management” & “Investment Banking” from ICAI. He also has membership of Institute of Directors (M.IOD).

Beyond his extensive knowledge & experience, Dr. Choudhary played a major role in streamlining & enhancing the financial procedures of the company. His outstanding achievements have garnered recognition & various awards including the prestigious “CA CXO - For Large Corporate -Services” in 2026 & “CA Achievers Award” bestowed upon him by ICAI in 2019. Dr. Vijay Kumar Choudhary’s journey is a testament to his unwavering dedication & his significant contributions in shaping ���ճԹ�’s financial success.

Sh. Pradeep Sharma is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience. He joined ���ճԹ� in 1994 as an Assistant Engineer (Civil) and has since demonstrated exceptional leadership in various divisions including Consultancy, Vigilance, Corporate Communications, Ministry Coordination, Land Management, and Business Development. Sh Sharma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, and is also a certified Building and Quantity Surveyor.

In his role as the HoD BD Division in 2019, Sh Sharma achieved a significant milestone by securing the highest-ever overseas order of 2000 social housing units in Maldives, valued at US$ 130 million. Under his guidance, the team successfully expanded overseas operations in Seychelles, Jeddah, Burundi and Niger, and is actively exploring new opportunities in Fiji, Africa, Dubai, and the Philippines. During his tenure of approx 5 years in Botswana, Sh Sharma successfully secured and completed high-value projects of tourist facilities & infrastructure at CKKGR and a Police Station cum Residential complex at Kachikau. Currently, he is overseeing ongoing projects in Mauritius, Seychelles, Maldives, and Jeddah.

On the domestic front, Sh Sharma has a proven track record of securing high-value projects worth thousands of Crores through competitive bidding, direct negotiations, and collaborations with various Central Ministries, State Governments, and Corporations.

His extensive experience, coupled with strong leadership, communication, technical, and negotiation skills bolster the Business Development and Execution strategies & operations of ���ճԹ�.

Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta joined ���ճԹ� (India) Ltd. on 6th April 2015 as Addl. General Manager & subsequently climbed the level of Executive Director. He graduated in Civil Engineering from "G.E.C., Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh” in the year 1995.

Before joining ���ճԹ�, Shri Gupta worked with HLL Life Care, ABB, Jindal & Mukand Group. He had been instrumental in completion of various multidisciplinary prestigious projects such as 200 bedded hospital, gas insulated sub-station, HVDC substation, Power Plant, 7 star resort, Transmission line project, various projects in Refinery, Steel plant & aluminium plant etc. having varied experience spanning over 28 years in the field of civil engineering including 6 years in overseas projects.

In ���ճԹ� he has been involved in the execution of redevelopment of East Kidwai Nagar, Smog Towers.

Mr. Anuj Kr Goyal, the Executive Director of the Company, has nearly three decades of rich experience in the construction sector. He has expertise across construction stages ranging from project inception, planning, bid process management, execution, and till closure. He has showcased his exemplary skills during his tenure in various departments on various projects. His skills include but are not limited to stakeholder management, competition bench-marking; tracking industry trends; business development, and project execution including technical, commercial, and financial modeling, risk analysis and mitigation; developing vendor relationships/partnerships; project resourcing; governance; and commercial closure; amongst others. Mr Goyal is instrumental in making strategic decisions at the project site for the successful completion of projects with his ability to adapt quickly to newer construction technologies. He has a knack for learning various Information technology & other newer industry practices and implementing them on projects as per the requirement. He believes in teamwork and group development as a whole. Besides this, Mr. Goyal is an eminent individual and is part of various technical bodies/organizations.

Shri Pravin Tukaram Doiphode has graduated in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune. He joined ���ճԹ� on 15th September, 2016 and presently holding the position of Executive Director (Engineering). He has nearly 30 years of rich experience in the construction sector. Before joining ���ճԹ�, Shri Doiphode worked with Adani Group in various capacities. At present, he is overseeing project execution as well as Business Development in the state of Maharashtra. Sh. Doiphode carries with himself varied area of exposure both in Private and Public Sector ranging from mega infrastructure projects in Power, Railway, Irrigation, Institutional and Residential buildings etc from concept to commissioning. He has been instrumental in execution of Goshikhurd Irrigation Project which is spread over remote areas of Vidharbha Region in Maharashtra

Shri K. Ganeshiya is a distinguished HR professional with over 32 years of comprehensive experience across diverse sectors, including Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and Construction, particularly within Navratna CPSE environments. He has a proven track record in managing specialized workforces, driving operational excellence, and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. His expertise spans strategic HR management, employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution, complemented by proficiency in HR analytics and training development. Notable achievements include redesigning the Performance Management System, achieving zero man-days loss through effective employee relations, and leading recruitment strategies that significantly reduced the average employee age. Currently engaged in Business Development for Rajasthan State, Shri Ganeshiya leverages his extensive HR knowledge to foster organizational growth and create a productive workplace culture, continually contributing to the enhancement of HR practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Shri M.B. Singhal is a Chartered Account, working as Executive Director (Finance)/HOD (Finance) in ���ճԹ� (India) Limited. Shri Singhal is having wide and diversified experience of more than 31 years in almost all the aspects of Finance Function such as Project Execution, Corporate Taxation, Accounts, Budget, ERP, MoU, Contracts, tenders etc

Shri M.B. Singhal assumed the charge as a Nominated Director in the Board of ���ճԹ� Services Limited (NSL) on 01.02.2021 and continued.

Ms. Deepti Gambhir is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at ���ճԹ� (India) Ltd, a role she has held since November 26, 2013. With extensive experience in corporate governance, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company complies with statutory regulations and maintains transparency in its operations. As a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, She is committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate compliance.

Before joining ���ճԹ�, She was the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Bhartiya International Ltd. Her extensive background and expertise have significantly enhanced the operational integrity and compliance framework of ���ճԹ� (India) Ltd.

Shri P S Rao, Executive Director (Engg.) is presently heading the South zone operations. As head - RBG South, he is actively involved in securing new businesses and also in implementing various projects in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala and UTs of Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Before joining ���ճԹ�, Shri Raohas served in HSCC (India) Ltd, now a subsidiary of ���ճԹ�. Having more than 30 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering to his credit, Shri Rao has handled many critical and large value State-of-the Art projects for various prestigious clients like AIIMS New Delhi, Safdarjung Hospital New Delhi, Dr RML Hospital New Delhi, Bir Hospital Kathmandu, SMART city projects for Puducherry smart city and also various infrastructure projects for Chennai Port Authority, Visakhapatnam Port Authority, etc. He is instrumental in monetization of land assets owned by the Govt of Andhra Pradesh and also by RINL. He has also handledvarious prestigious projects funded by the World Bank, state /central Government sponsored schemes and projects, etc.

Shri Rao earned his Degree in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University with Masters in Marine Structures from NIT, Surathkal. He has also underwent various professional training programmes from the likes of IIM Bangalore, etc.

Shri Harsh Dawra, Executive Director (Engineering) currently serving as RBG Head (Redevelopment-I), where he leads large-scale government redevelopment initiatives on a self-sustainable basis.

A Civil Engineering professional with over 25 years of experience, he has been actively involved in the planning, execution, and management of major infrastructure and residential projects. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1996 from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur.

Over the course of his career, Shri Dawra has taken on diverse and challenging roles. His experience includes the execution of high-rise chimneys, contributions to metro station projects, and major raw water supply pipeline works. He has also served in Mizoram, adding to his wide-ranging field exposure. Additionally, he has worked on high-rise residential developments under the Amrapali projects, contributing to the revival of stalled housing initiatives.

In his current role, he is leading redevelopment efforts for large-scale government projects. He is overseeing construction activities at Sarojini Nagar and Netaji Nagar, which include residential quarters, multi-level car parking, and associated infrastructure, covering more than 5,000 dwelling units.

He is also responsible for the operations and maintenance of GPRA complexes, including New Moti Bagh and residential quarters in Sarojini Nagar, ensuring efficient functioning and compliance with statutory requirements.

Among his key achievements is the successful completion and handover of Type-II quarters at GPRA Sarojini Nagar and various chimney projects for Power Plants.

Shri Chandra Shekhar Gupta, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, is a distinguished finance professional whose career spans more than three decades across mining, telecom, infrastructure, and construction sectors in both public and private enterprises. At ���ճԹ�, Shri Gupta has held several pivotal leadership roles, including RBG Finance Head, Head–PCD, OSD, CTC, Budget, CMD Reviews, Subsidiaries Liaison and HOD–Payroll, Employees’ Trusts & Establishment Finance at the Corporate Office. He played a central role in unifying finance functions across regions, successfully steering the centralization of RBG (East), harmonizing teams, and establishing robust Standard Operating Procedures. His tenure is marked by disciplined financial stewardship, process modernization, and a deep focus on transparency and accountability.

As Chief Financial Officer of HSCC (India) Ltd., he ensured timely finalization of quarterly and annual accounts, completion of statutory and CAG audits with NIL comments, seamless conduct of Board meetings, dividend processing, and MoU evaluations with the Ministry and DPE—all within stringent timelines. His leadership strengthened HSCC’s financial governance and reinforced its reputation for compliance and precision.

Shri Gupta began his career with Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Ltd. in 1994 and went on to serve in key positions at ArcelorMittal Liberia Limited (Overseas), Spectra ISP Networks of the Shyam Telecom Group, and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Shri Nagendra Kumar, Executive Director (Engineering), is a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 32 years of rich experience in the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and institutional projects. Currently serving as the Regional Business Head at ���ճԹ� (India) Limited, he has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership, technical excellence and a strong commitment to quality and timely project execution.

Shri Nagendra Kumar joined ���ճԹ� (India) Limited in September 2015 as Additional General Manager (Engineering). One of his earliest assignments involved the execution of the 200- bedded Mother and Child Hospitals at Sonebhadra and Tanda, Uttar Pradesh. The successful completion of the Sonebhadra project, despite the challenging conditions of a Naxal-affected area, stands as a testament to his determination, project management capabilities and leadership.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Regional Engineering College (REC), Jamshedpur, in 1994. Throughout his career with ���ճԹ�, he has successfully led and contributed to several prestigious projects, including Ministry of ���ճԹ� Affairs-owned SSB projects at Bhinga and Maharajganj, Income Tax Office Buildings at Lucknow and Kanpur, the landmark Bharat Vandana Project, the CBI Housing Complex at Maidangarhi, and the ongoing DTC Works at Hari Nagar and redevelopment projects of DDA at Safdarjung and Rajendra Nagar.

Prior to joining ���ճԹ�, Shri Nagendra Kumar worked with reputed engineering organisations such as JACOBS and CES Consulting Services. During this period, he was associated with several notable projects, including DG Military Accommodation Projects in Delhi, further strengthening his expertise in complex civil engineering assignments.
